- Quote request are usually responded within 1 business day. Please be aware of the time zone different as our business hours are in GMT+7
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept Paypal and major credit cards (Visa, Master, AMEX...) via Paypal. Other methods such as wire transfer, checks and money orders are available for larger orders. If you would like to pay using alternative methods please specify in your order form. Please note that your order will not be processed until your payment has been paid in full.
- How are translated files delivered?
- Translated files are generally delivered to the email address used in order form unless otherwise specified in the order form. For certain projects, such as large and progressive localization projects, we can connect and upload the files periodically to your version control system (Git, SVN...)
- Can I obtain exported glossary files for my project?
- At the moment, not all of our translators use Computer-assisted Translation (CAT) tools, therefore our general policy is not to provide glossary files. However we are trying very hard to use CAT tools for all projects and will be able to provide glossary files then.
- How long does it takes to fulfill my order?
- Translation time varies from project to project, so there is no general answer to this question. It will be however clearly specified in our quote.
- What are translation priorities?
- We provides different priorities to suit different projects and customers. Higher priority orders will be processed faster at higher cost, while lower priority is suitable for projects that are time tolerable and is cheaper.
